My niece sent a picture of the flowers when they arrived. They were thrilled. The arrangement was beautiful. The only difference between the photo on the website and the arrangement delivered was the website showed a pink bunny, not the purple bunny delivered. The bunny, however, is really cute and much bigger than it appeared on the website. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement, which arrived at the hospital very quickly after I placed the order. We live in Ohio and don't know the local florists. Very happy we chose Caroline's.

When sending flowers in the past I have used the national vendors, 1-800-Flowers and FTD. Service was spotty and the product often times was less that what I'd hoped (or paid for!).
